1) Startup

The List of Albums window.

This is where you edit the album title, description and date. Select where you want to upload each album. And decide whether an album is public or private.

2) Photo Workspace

Unique to Web Photos Pro, photo workspaces make it easy to keep your projects organized.

Create a new photo workspace for each of your work clients. Make one for your family photos, one for your travel photos, and one for your blog photos.

3) Photo Album

Open an album by double-clicking in the List of Albums window.

Web Photos Pro automatically generates thumbnails and resized images to your size specifications.

This is where you enter photo information, and drag and drop to re-order. Checked photos are uploaded to the web.

4) Small Thumbnails

See all of the photos in an album.

Drag and drop to reorder.

Double-click to view the image full size.

5) Edit View

Entering photo data is a chore.

Web Photos Pro makes your life easier with this edit view.

Enter title, description, Flickr-like tags, location, date and map coordinates.

Tab between fields and photos, and Web Photos Pro automatically scrolls the next field and photo into view.

6) Fullsize Image

Double-click any album photo and a full-size window opens.

Here you see the image in scale to fit mode.

7) Fullsize Image 2

Here we see the same image in full size mode.

Click and drag the image to scroll (or use the scrollbars).

8) Ready To Upload

You’ve added all your data and selected which web gallery (ftp server and directory) you’re going to upload it to.

Now it’s time to click the upload button.

9) Uploading…

Web Photos Pro contacts your ftp server, and checks to see if the album has been uploaded before.

If this is the first time, it uploads all thumbnails and images.

If the album has already been uploaded once, Web Photos Pro does a smart upload, so that only things that have changed need to be uploaded.

2) Done

The upload is complete, and Web Photos Pro asks if you want to view the album in your browser.
